Are there extra advertising or campaign costs?

The standard Guided and Modern Agent campaign is included in the stated total price. Work outside that scope—such as relaunches, extra photography, premium portal upgrades, regional travel or unusual-property requirements—is discussed and authorised before it begins.

What happens if my property does not sell or settle?

The settlement component of Guided or Modern Agent is not charged if the property does not settle. The launch payment is refundable before campaign work or supplier bookings begin, less authorised costs already incurred. Once photography, signage, publication or other campaign work begins, the applicable amount is non-refundable. Contracts Only is not charged if the sale does not settle, although third-party costs already incurred may still be payable.

Does Contracts Only include conveyancing or settlement work?

No. KeyHive prepares the standard sale contract, coordinates signing, tracks agreed contract conditions and hands the matter to your chosen settlement agent. KeyHive does not provide legal advice, conveyancing, title lodgement, settlement adjustments or the settlement itself.

Is a Property Assessment a building or pest inspection?

No. It is a KeyHive home visit, condition report, appraisal, comparable-sales review and brief-fit assessment. It does not replace an independent building, pest, structural or other specialist inspection.

Why is Single Property payable if my offer does not succeed?

The fee pays for the Property Assessment, offer planning, licensed representation and negotiation delivered for that named property. It is payable upfront whether or not the seller accepts the offer, and it credits in full towards Modern Buyer’s Agent if you later move to the full-search service.

Are third-party buyer costs included?

Building, pest and other specialist inspections, legal advice, conveyancing, finance, independent valuations and settlement-agent fees are separate unless KeyHive expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
