• KeyHive Free: $0. Seller-managed and published on KeyHive only.
• KeyHive Guided: $5,000 total: $2,500 at launch and $2,500 at successful settlement.
• KeyHive Modern Agent: $10,500 total: $2,500 at launch and $8,000 at successful settlement. The included consultation may happen before or after payment.
• Contracts Only: $1,500 at successful settlement.

No. Guided and Modern Agent include the agreed standard campaign scope in their fixed total price. The $2,500 launch payment is a fixed commercial charge, not a vendor-paid advertising fund. Supplier work outside the agreed standard scope must be separately discussed and authorised.

The settlement component of Guided or Modern Agent is due only at successful settlement. Contracts Only has no KeyHive service fee if the sale does not settle. Any separately authorised third-party cost already incurred may still apply, so check the relevant service agreement.

Yes. Guided stays active while the Modern Agent consultation happens. If you already paid the $2,500 Guided launch payment, that amount carries across, no second launch payment is required, and $8,000 remains due at successful settlement once Modern Agent is confirmed.

KeyHive is a licensed Western Australian real estate business with four clear seller paths: a free KeyHive-only workspace, a seller-managed Guided campaign, a full Modern Agent service, and Contracts Only for sellers who have already found their buyer.

No. Enter a WA property address first to see facts we can discover, an indicative price range when the evidence is strong enough, and a private listing preview. Create an account only when you want to save the work.

No. It is an indicative starting range based on available property and sold-market evidence. It is hidden when evidence is too limited or low confidence, and it is never a guarantee of sale price or a formal valuation.

Choose Free if you want to run the sale yourself on KeyHive. Choose Guided if you can manage buyers, inspections and negotiation but want KeyHive to improve and launch the standard campaign and handle the contract process. Choose Modern Agent if you want KeyHive to manage the sale. Choose Contracts Only if you already have a buyer and agreed basic terms.

KeyHive creates and runs the standard campaign, coordinates professional media and publication, manages buyer enquiries and inspections, develops pricing strategy, negotiates, prepares the contract and coordinates the transaction handover. Conveyancing and settlement-agent work remain separate professional services.

Yes. You may pay the listing launch invoice before or after the included consultation. The consultation confirms property fit, timing, access, campaign scope and responsibilities; it is not what you are paying for. Payment does not publish the listing by itself. KeyHive also completes the applicable authority and launch preparations before the campaign begins.

The Guided seller manages buyer calls and messages, home opens, private inspections, offers and negotiation. KeyHive improves and launches the seller-prepared campaign, includes standard publication, prepares the contract when terms are agreed and coordinates the transaction handover.

No. Submission sends the private draft to KeyHive for review. KeyHive can request changes or approve it, but approval still does not publish it. The seller makes a separate publication choice after approval.

Free is published on keyhive.com.au only. Guided and Modern Agent include the standard keyhive.com.au, realestate.com.au and reiwa.com.au campaign scope. Contracts Only has no marketing campaign or public listing.

Contracts Only is a shorter intake for a seller who already has a buyer and has agreed the basic commercial terms. KeyHive checks eligibility, prepares the standard sale contract, coordinates signing and conditions, and hands over to the settlement agent. It is not marketing, conveyancing, legal advice or settlement-agent work.

No. Entering an address, creating an account, saving a draft or submitting a listing for review does not appoint KeyHive. Any Authority to Act or paid service terms are reviewed and accepted separately at the appropriate stage.

Yes. Buyers can browse published KeyHive listings and use the available enquiry and offer tools. The person managing the response depends on the seller path: Free and Guided sellers manage buyers, while KeyHive manages buyers for Modern Agent.

No. An enquiry, expression of interest or offer submitted through a digital tool is not automatically a binding WA sale contract. Formal contract preparation, disclosure and signing follow the applicable transaction process.

Yes. Choose Modern Agent if you want KeyHive to manage the sale, or Guided if you prefer to manage buyers while KeyHive launches the campaign and handles the contract process. Your settlement agent, financial adviser and moving providers remain separate where their specialist advice is needed.

The address-first page uses the details to prepare the private reveal. When you choose to save, the selected address, discovered facts, indicative estimate and your highlights carry into the draft in that browser. General funnel analytics do not include the property address or other direct personal information.

KeyHive confirms payment against the issued invoice before updating your listing service. A payment screen or browser message alone is not treated as proof of payment, and duplicate confirmations do not create duplicate charges or service records.
