Leading the agency

Lauren is KeyHive's principal agent and co-founder. She has 10 years of experience in engineering and, as of October 2026, one year selling real estate. She and Aaron started KeyHive after buying and selling their own home left them questioning how the industry worked.

Lauren leads the agency’s sales work, including preparing homes for market and working with buyers. She handles negotiations and coordinates with settlement agents, so sellers have someone to talk through their options with as the sale progresses.

A background in engineering and technology

Working on sales and the software behind them

Aaron is a co-founder and registered sales representative at KeyHive. He has 13 years of engineering experience and, as of October 2026, one year selling real estate. He and Lauren built KeyHive to make buying and selling a home easier to understand.

Alongside sales, Aaron builds the software that sellers and the team use to manage a sale. He works on reducing repetitive admin and making it easier to see what is happening. The aim is to give people more time for the conversations and decisions that need their attention.

Christina Damos

Sales Representative

WA sales representative registration RR87439

A background in running her own business

Real estate with values she believes in

Christina ran her own business before moving into real estate. She wanted to work in the industry, but the self-importance she had encountered in traditional agency culture put her off. She was looking for an organisation whose values she could get behind.

She joined KeyHive because its values resonated with her. As a sales representative, she works with buyers and sellers, answers their questions and keeps them informed as their sale progresses.

Our work in WA

Perth metro and further afield

We work across most of Perth metro. Our property work has also taken us to Brookton, South Boulder, Dawesville and Two Rocks. We are building towards helping sellers across all of WA.

Some sales are straightforward. Others involve unusual properties, complex offers or a change in market conditions. Our job is to work through those details with the seller and explain the options before a decision is made.
