What do I manage, and what does KeyHive manage?

You prepare the initial listing, check the final facts, handle buyer calls and messages, run inspections and home opens, follow up buyers, discuss price and contract terms, and negotiate. KeyHive improves and launches the campaign, provides the seller tools and assigned-agent access, then handles the defined contract process once you agree terms with a buyer.

What is included in the $5,000 price?

Guided is $5,000 total inc GST: $2,500 upfront to launch and $2,500 at successful settlement. The standard campaign includes professional photography, a standard floorplan and signboard, campaign setup, listing review and publication on realestate.com.au Premiere+, reiwa.com.au and keyhive.com.au.

What happens if I cancel or the property does not sell?

The launch payment is refundable before campaign work or supplier bookings begin, less authorised costs already incurred. Once photography, signage, portal publication or other campaign work starts, the applicable amount is non-refundable. The settlement payment is due only at successful settlement, and the original campaign has unlimited included duration; extensions and relaunches are separate.

Will my assigned agent manage buyers or negotiate for me?

No. Your assigned agent is available for guidance throughout the engagement, but Guided does not include buyer management, home opens, private inspections, personalised buyer follow-up or negotiation by KeyHive. Those remain your responsibility unless you upgrade.

Where will the property be advertised?

The standard Guided campaign includes realestate.com.au Premiere+, reiwa.com.au and keyhive.com.au. It does not include every property portal, premium upgrades beyond Premiere+, relaunches or unusual campaign requirements.

What happens after I agree terms with a buyer?

KeyHive prepares the sale contract, tracks contract conditions and coordinates handover to your settlement agent. You remain responsible for the buyer discussions and agreeing the terms before contract preparation begins.

Does KeyHive handle conveyancing and settlement?

No. KeyHive manages the agency side of the contract process but does not provide legal advice, act as your settlement agent, prepare transfer documents, calculate settlement adjustments, lodge title documents, handle settlement funds or conduct settlement. You still need your chosen settlement agent and any appropriate legal advice.

What if I want KeyHive to take over the buyer work later?

You can upgrade to Modern Agent without paying another launch fee. Your existing $2,500 launch payment carries across, the successful-settlement amount changes to $8,000, and the total Modern Agent price remains $10,500 inc GST.
