Run home opens solo. Hourly base plus commission and bonus.
We are looking for a licensed WA sales representative or agent to run home opens and seller-facing work across Perth metro on a casual basis. You will be backed by the KeyHive platform, clear process, and tools that make the job easier, but you will be trusted to run sessions on your own. This role is for people who genuinely want to go the extra mile and be part of changing how real estate is done in WA.
Commission and bonus available on top of base. Hourly base sets a reliable floor. Commission and bonus reward the work that drives outcomes for sellers.
Reels-first. Help us look as good as we sound.
We are looking for a Perth-based content creator who lives in short-form video. The main job is reels. Hook-led, fast-cut, scroll-stopping content that earns attention without sounding like an ad. Secondary is 2D ad production, both static and motion, for paid campaigns. You will work directly with the founders and be on the ground at properties and home opens.
We hire on taste and belief, not CV. Show us reels you are proud of. If your work is sharp and your reasons are real, we can work through the rest.
Build the growth engine. Real ownership.
This is a founder-level seat. The person who owns sales and growth at KeyHive, not a marketing manager. You build the growth engine. How sellers first hear about us, why they trust us, and how we turn that into signed listings. The right person is hungry, commercial, and wants real ownership. If that is you, the details will not be the thing that stops you reaching out.
Equity available for the right person. This is a founding team role. The structure will reflect the level of ownership you take on. If you are open to it, reach out and we will talk.
