This is a founding-level role. You will shape the brand, build the funnel, and drive the growth strategy from early traction to market dominance. For the right person, we are open to an equity stake and a Director-level title.

What you will do

• Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
• Lead campaigns targeting Perth property sellers and buyers
• Manage paid media (Meta, Google) and organic content across social platforms
• Build and grow email marketing and CRM workflows
• Track performance, run experiments, and report on growth metrics
• Work directly with the founders on positioning and brand development

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in a marketing or growth role in a startup or scale-up
• Strong grasp of performance marketing, SEO, and content strategy
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into action
• Experience in real estate, property tech, or financial services (preferred)
• Creative thinker who can also execute — no pure strategists
• Based south of the river in Perth
